Four-story, gable-roof building in center with small square windows, elevated footings, and side loading doors. White, one or two-story clapboard building to right, and three-story, flat-roof building to left. One-story sheds on elevated footings left background with trees, larger buildings, and church steeple. Signed thrice, lower right, "MCS / 1973 / Tilton - N.H.", on reverse in watercolor, "TILTON N.H. / by M. CANNON S. / 1973.", and in ink, "Tilton NH. / MCS".
