Long clapboarded building with front tower and cupola in left background. Large building in right center background with black sloping roof. Signed, ink lower right, "MCS / 1973 Hillsborough NH". Pencil inscription on third building "back". Pencil sketch of millyard on reverse with ink inscription: "Millyard, / Hillsborough NH / MCS".
