- Small square sign, tin-plated sheet iron, lacquered. Yellow circle with black lettering, "*NEW-HAMPSHIRE* / ENROLLED-FOR-SERVICE". New Hampshire state seal within red circle. Black background. Hole in each corner. Yellowed lacquer on back.
