- Copper and enamel medallion, New Hampshire House of Representatives (General Court). Gold lettering on blue enamel: "GENERAL COURT / 1939-1940". Copper state seal in center, in relief. White enamel around seal, with gold lettering, "SEAL OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE / 1776". Flange on bottom, with hole, presumably for attaching to something, perhaps a license plate. No markings on reverse.
