Description:

Small silk banner, 8.3" x 5.8", red and blue printed on white. Blue edge. Red stripe on two sides and bottom. Blue star in center. Two blue fields of 13 stars in each top corner. Red and blue lettering: "SERVING / OUR COUNTRY". Top attached to wooden dowel with gold-painted cone-shaped finial on each end, 8.3" long. Yellow cord for hanging. Owned by Lorin B. Eastman or his family of Lakeport, NH, during World War II.
