- Bottle, soda, Down East Beverages, Laconia, NH. Cylindrical, green glass, machine made, crown cap finish, applied color labeling. Side seams extend over lip. Seam around top of base with circular indentation above. Smooth sides, shoulders and part of neck have raised vertical-oriented curves. Rectangular red and white label under neck on each side: "DOWN EAST / BEVERAGES". Oval red and white label with sailing ship in center: "6 FL. OZ. / DOWN EAST / BEVERAGES / PROPERTY OF THE COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO., LACONIA, N.H." Embossed lettering on bottom: "6L G W8 / 2 6 44".
