Paper label (loosely attached around cord), yellow with black printing: trademark of a large "C" surrounding "SA" with trademark symbol, "CORD SET / 5-142 / PACIFIC ELECTRICORD (trademark symbol) COMPANY / 10A-125V-1250W-LL16898".
