- Abenaki birchbark box. Square base, oval top and lid. Etched with leaf design on sides and lid and a scalloped design along edges. Stitched with spruce root. Rawhide ties, hinge and carrying strap. Lid fits snugly into body. Signed (etched) "Gerard Simeon" on base.
