- Cape, child's. Light turquoise blue circular cape. With 3" ribbon of tan and a few brown threads with center stripe of pale blue with dark blue center which trims the cape all around. Blue and tan cord sewn in double loops around neck with tasselled ends, which can pass through loop on other side for closing.
