"The fabric was sent to Boston where the figures were stamped on it by hand." Dorothy (Leavitt) Folsom was the sister of Lydia (Leavitt) Clark (1759-1830), the great-grandmother of Almira C. (Mrs. John H.) Evans (1858-1929) of Holderness, NH, who bequeathed the textiles to her cousin, Nellie J. Clark (1861-1941) of Holderness, NH and Randolph, VT. Nellie J. Clark gave the textiles to the donor, Marion E. Osgood (1895-1992).
