- Dress, child's. White cotton ruffles at neck and edges of long sleeves. Five rows of 1" Whitework separating four rows of 1.75" shirring in a chevron pattern down front with Whitework edging on either side. 3.5" ruffled Whitework hem. Five buttonholes down the back (four buttons). Machine sewn.
