- Pillowcase of plain-woven linen in a natural off-white color. Constructed of one panel of fabric that is folded in half and flat-felled seamed up one side. Opening edge is narrow-hemmed by hand. All of the sewing is done is tan silk thread. Inscribed in light blue cotton thread in script letters with outline stitch: "Sally Clough / No. 12."
