- Description:
- Tooth extractor, turnkey. Wood handle, steel shaft. Double-tapered cylindrical wood handle. Round-headed screw fastens through handle to tapered cylindrical shaft. Some decorative turnings near top of shaft. Curve that leads to round and slightly-flattened at end of shaft. Curved metal claw and hook fastens into slotted ball that rotates freely in area at end of shaft. Some slight cross-hatching near end of shaft adjacent to rotating ball. Screw pivot for claw so it can be exchanged. Rotating claw allows head to be adjusted to either side of tooth without having to withdraw instrument.
