- Petticoat, quilted. Brown silk taffeta outer layer with brown glazed cotton lining. Waistband of brown and white printed cotton. Bottom edge bound with braid. Maroon and black changeable satin pocket. Bottom 17" machine quilted in diamond pattern. 1" ruffle 2" below waist across back.
