- Dress, nurse's uniform, worn by student nurse at New Hampshire Hospital School of Nursing. Fine red and white stripes. Short sleeves. White collar and cuffs. Seven metal snaps on front. Two front hip pockets. Left chest pocket. Collar stamped "TINA PAYETTE" in black ink. Woven label inside neck: "Uniform Center / OF BOSTON / A DIV. OF NURSE WEARING / 37 TEMPLE PLACE / BOSTON, MASS." Printed label with care instructions and fiber content (75% Dacron polyester, 25% cotton). Separate waistband (B) of same striped material, with metal snap, stamped "TINA PAYETTE" in black ink; stored in pocket.
