- Wedding Chemise, 1873. White cotton plainweave. Hand embroidered edging. Square neckline and very short puffed sleeves banded with hand-embroidered eyelet edging. Rows of machine-stitched vertical tucking at yoke. Front closing has two buttons and eyelets or a collar button at upper edge.
