Description:

10" Thanksgiving Doll, c.1957. Felt body, felt-wrapped neck. Printed and painted face, closed eyes and mouth. Long yellow yarn hair. Wearing a white cotton pullover top, short geometric-print (yellow, red, beige, and green on black) cotton skirt with suspenders, white tissue collar, white pique cotton underskirt with lace trim, white jersey socks, and shiny red "Mary Jane" shoes with straps and button. Woven label (one edge pinked) made of white rayon with red lettering sewn under skirt, "Annalee R / Mobilitee Doll R / MEREDITH, N.H." Signed on underskirt: "Annalee".
