24" Red Elf, c. 1961. Felt body. Printed and painted face, closed eyes, open smiling mouth. Wearing a red felt pointed hat. White tinsel around neck and waist, and also as hair. Woven label of white rayon with red lettering glued to left shoulder, on 1 edge, other edged pinked: "U.S.A. C 1961 / Annalee R / Mobilitee Doll R / MEREDITH, N.H." Signature on back, "Annalee".
