- Cleaver, steel and wood, with menu printed on each side of blade. From Hazel Green's Restaurant, Concord, NH, 1978. Steel blade in wood (mahogany?) handle. On blade, painted in green, a caricature of a woman holding a cleaver, and in yellow the restaurant menu. Text: "hazel Green's / DINNER" on one side and "hazel Green's / LUNCH" on other side, with menu for each. Menu principally beef and seafood entrees. Hole in upper corner of cleaver. Three rivets holding handle.
