- Dress, short sleeve, mid-calf length. Red nylon bodice, blue and white striped rayon jersey and taffeta skirt. All hand made. V-neck, with 3 button front. Hidden side zipper (CONMAR). Handwritten tag safety pinned to neck, "059-14 / W" (laundry tag ?). Handwritten paper tag found in box with dress, "Patricia / Janes Evening Dress". Approx. Junior size 7.

- Jane Chworowsky (1929-1993), was born in PA and raised in Newport, NH. She attended Plymouth State College, and briefly taught English in Charlestown, NH (1953-55). She ran an antiques business -- Jane's Cabin Antiques -- at her home in Croydon, NH. She bequeathed the contents of her home and business to NHHS.
