- Buttonhook. Cast steel and wire. 0.07" diameter wire forms elongated loop set into recess in end of handle. Decorated with fern motif on both sides of handle. Raised lettering on one side of handle: "Wm. A. THOMPSON / CONCORD, N.H.," and "PATD. / 11 - 94." Reverse reads, "HIGH GRADE / FOOTWARE."
