- Dress - cotton organdy slate blue-aqua with loose bodice; the waistline at the hips and the skirt gathered with a hem starting about the knees and dipping almost to the ankles on one side with a large bow of the same material attached at one side of the waistline; sleeveless; a wide collar attached to a small neckline - the collar dips almost to the waistline in the front. Starched.
