- Dress - silk chiffon aqua tubular dress with a gathered skirt beginning at a waistline slightly below the waist - the skirt has an inset (horizontally in the middle) of cream-colored lace and an uneven hem ranging from slightly above knee to a few inches below; large light blue satin bow at waistline set a little to the side; sleeveless and collarless; bunch of blue flowers at the shoulder.
