- Dress. Wool, twill weave. Cotton sateen lining in bodice. Cotton plain weave lining in skirt. Hem tape. Train with heavy flounce ruffle. Wide black and green striped jacket and skirt, jacket fitted at waist with peplum effect, buttoned down front, 14 jet buttons, tight sleeves, piped at shoulder, bias cuff. Skirt has two sets of three upward folds near bias hem. Full at back with three folds to fit over long bustle. Tucked black ruffle with bias of the material.
