- Dress - Short green silk or rayon crepe dress, lapels on front skirt, over-shoulder sleeves shirred into shoulder band. Fabric structure: light-weight crepe or taffeta--strong filling yarn. Belt studded with gilt stars, lined with leather. Dress opens at side and slit at front neck.
