- Dress, two piece. Navy blue satin brocade jacket and skirt , all-over flower design, padded jacket lined with white satin crepe, flat round collar four buttons down front, one on peplum effect, three-quarter kimono sleeves. Label read,"Made by William N. Popper for Lord & Taylor". Gored skirt with back kick-pleat, lined to below hips with navy-blue silk crepe.
