- Dress. Two-piece (China) silk, printed in two shades of lavender and in white. a) Bodice fitted and boned, vertical pleats down back. Lapels at front, trimmed with narrow black velvet ribbon. White net front with bands of the velvet ribbon interlaced. Long sleeves with the lace and ribbon trim. Lavender sateen and net lining. b) Long, unlined skirt, slight dip at back. Ruffle with silk velvet ribbon at bottom.
