- Dress. White linen dotted Swiss two-piece dress, full skirt in waist band. Bodice attached to fitted white linen lining, fullness at front and back. Lace above lining. Long sleeves with narrow band. Hemstitched small muslin collar.

Linen - Provenance:
- Belonged to Eleanor Norton Flagg, who was born in 1818 in Barnston, Quebec. She came to Lowell Mills, Lowell, MA, to work in cotton mills. Met and married the overseer in the Boott Mills, William H. Flagg of Exeter, NH, in 1842
