- Hat, man's uniform. Black painted leather short top hat. Round crown with flat top. Narrow (1.2") brim, turned up at front and back and held by leather strap and round (with pinked) edges. Narrow grosgrain band around base of crown. Leather seal. Brim lined with green-brown leather. Wide polished cotton sweat band.
