- Description:
- Hooked Rug. Design worked in strips of wool fabric on burlap, consisting of a central oval floral bouquet surrounded by an oval floral frame. Corners worked with floral bouquets. Flowers worked in shades of red, white, blue, pink, and beige. Center background is pale beige, and background of outer edge is black. Edged with narrow red border. New burlap backing has been applied.
