Quilt. Whole-cloth; made with a green plain-woven wool on the top, and a golden yellow plain-woven wool on the back. The wool fabric of the back has Z-spun yarns woven at an even 22 x 22 ends per inch, and it is 33.75 inches wide, supporting the history that the wool fabric for this quilt was produced in the family. The quilting pattern is a diamond grid pattern, with four lines worked closely together, alternating with three lines spaced farther apart. Quilting thread is dark blue worsted. Front-to-back edge finish on three sides; knife edge on the fourth side. White wool batting.
