- Drapery Fragment. From Benning Wentworth House, Portsmouth, NH. Gold silk damask in stylized floral design. In glazed oval frame with two brass handles, forming a tray. Handwritten label on reverse of frame: "Fragment of the curtains in / the drawing room of the Gov. Wentworth / mansion at Little Harbor when / the Gov. married Martha Hilton / March 15, 1730".
