- Bottle. Blue molded glass; body in shape of skull, with face on front in deep relief. Cylindrical neck with sloping lip. "POISON" embossed in large block letters on forehead. Crossed bones in relief on bottom of bottle, ends of which act as feet. Cork stopper in top. "PAT. APPL'D FOR" in relief block letters on back of body.
