- Portrait of Ezra Eastman Adams (1813-1871), unknown artist, c. 1860. Oil on canvas. Three-quarter length portrait of a man, facing slightly right. Sitter has brown hair, parted on right, and blue eyes. He is wearing a black cravat, black coat, black waistcoat, black trousers, white shirt with high collar, two gold buttons on shirt front, and gold watch fob on waistcoat. Seated in a rounded-back armchair. Sitter's right arm rests on arm of chair and right hand resting on his lap. Red curtain right background; red fabric lower right; brown background. Unsigned. Removed from stretcher and frame.
