- Pitcher. Brown glazed on buff colored earthenware interior and exterior. Bulbous form, sagging outward at bottom. Rather vertical loop handle from about 1 inch below top rim at point of greatest bulge. Triangular spout forming straight line with top rim. Suggestion of band of vertical ribbing above bulge. Paper label on bottom with initials "MHJ".
