- Plate. Semi-porcelain stoneware. Round body with raised foot; raised rim with scalloped on the edge. Gilded edge. Cream color matte glaze (Worcester type) that covers the entire piece. Mark printed in red on the bottom "HAMPSHIRE POTTERY/ J. S. Taft / KEENE, N.H." The mark is double printed underneath the red in brown. The brown is under the glaze and the red is over the glaze.
