- Vase. Red earthenware. Ovoid body with short stem and wide, tapered, circular foot and wide top opening. Unglazed exterior; interior red-brown glaze. Turning marks on interior. Flat base. Mark incised on bottom, "N. B." Handwritten label on bottom, "Gift from / M. H. Jewell / Aug. 1933"
