Transfer print design with the picture of a library building and the words "NORMAN WILLIAMS PUBLIC LIBRARY WOODSTOCK, VT". Impressed on the bottom reads "J.S.T. & Co./ Keene, NH". Handpainted number "148" on bottom. Paper sticker on interior of cup with price information.
