Description:

Fan, cockade type. Black bone handles, each with a decorative metal plate, one stamped "PAT.NOV.23.80". Metal bands on top of handle sticks, stamped "PAT. / APPL'D / FOR". Circular metal decoration at top, six-petalled flower enclosed in circle of dots. Polished black pleated fabric leaf with painted purple, green, and yellow floral design. Brass loop to hold handles together.
