- Box, small cardboard jewelry box, covered with gray velvet on exterior. Rectangular with rounded top and corners. Hinged cover (hinge on narrow end). Cover closes with spring clasp activated by mother-of-pearl button. Interior lined with beige velvet on bottom and beige silk inside cover, which has stamped gold lettering: "JOHN B. VARICK Co. / MANCHESTER, N.H."
