- Candy box, cardboard. Rectangular box with removable cover. Exterior covered with dark blue paper printed in gold star pattern. One end has dark blue printed paper label with gold lettering: "GUM ARABIC DROPS, / MANUFACTURED BY / E.K. SMITH, / HANOVER, N.H." Other end has label of same paper with gold lettering: "Checkerberry Gum Drops." Blue tissue inside. Cover has applied border of embossed gold paper.
