Star or blossom design in upper right corner that has alternating major and minor lobes around a small circle in the center. Design rendered in pencil and outlined with perforations. The blossom has no stems. Top edge of sheet is torn and other three edges are cut. Pencil line parallel to left edge top to bottom . Three short vertical pencil lines from bottom edge upward. Three lines of writing along right edge facing inward in pencil script: This pattern in / the center of each arm / and each back piece." - Material:
