On front letters of monogram: "EWT". In pencil. The "E" has plain border around edges. The inner spaces are filled with horizontal lines. The "W" has horizontal lines throughout. "T" has closely spaced vertical lines. There are shadow marks behind portions of the letters where they overlap each other. There are some artist guidelines lower left corner of "E". On back of sheet is a printed form: Title "BOSTON MAINE RAILROAD" / "DAY WORK ORDER PART". Form number upper right corner: "PW8 6-27-M".
Writing on back in pencil: "Clapp 1/28/58". - Material:
