Monogram big one on front at the top: "BGB". The larger "B" has horizontal shading lines. "G" has plain borders with sculpted shading in some areas. Small "B" has vertical shading lines and some shadow marks on and below the letters. The smaller monogram lower left corner: "129" has pencil shading throughout. Printing on front, printed form with grid work with numbers along left edge number 18 through 45, one on each line.
Writing on back in pencil script: "Clapp 1/28/58". - Material:
