On front "LJH". "L" has vertical shading lines. "J" has horizontal shading lines. "H" has diagonal shading lines. Some diagonal shading lines in some of the flourishes on the left and right side. It also has flourishes and symmetrical decorations at top and bottom center spaces.
Printing on back upper right corner upside down in pencil in script: "Clapp 1/28/58". Letter printing on paper that is cut out of something else in all caps blocked letters: "Boston and Maine Railroad / Day Work Order Card / Date____ 19__". Under this next line: "AME RATE OCCUPATION TIME From To" (over columns). Each column has "M" printed so one can fill in "A" or "P". At far left is letter "W." Upper right corner is form designation: "PW 8 6-27- M". - Material:
