On front in pencil floral design within a rectilinear units of possible furniture edge. Three blossoms with stems and leaves. There's a little bit of white pigment associated with furniture edge. On the back in pencil there is same furniture edge line and a little bit of white pigment in central area.
Writing on front lower left corner in pencil: "Mrs. Wri..t 37 / Dressing table".
Writing on back near bottom left edge: "Clapp 1/28/58" with accession number below it. Two blue ink stamps on back near bottom edge. One at left partial stamp with 4 lines: "...D AFTER 5 DAYS ADVISE / ROAD EMPLOYEE / RYSTAL STREET / ...UDSBRG, PA." On the right in "Currier": "E. G. Burgum / 68 So State St / Concord N H / 47557 NEV".
