Paper, slightly bowed central rectangle with ears protruding from sides that are curved ? upward or downward. Blue ink floral design with blossoms and perhaps stylized cornucopia and stems and leaves. On one side (the ear part) black pencil design with flourishes and a few leaves.
Upside down writing depending on way of design. Pencil script writing black: "1/28/58". - Material:
