On front top monogram in pencil "A (dominant) M E". "A" has mixed lines for shading. "M" has diagonal shading lines. "E" has vertical shading lines. Some shadowing where one letter is in front of another, but very little. Shaded flourishes to left and right. The bottom monogram is in pencil and there may be white pencil pigment of some kind. "A" and "E" and possible "M". The "M" is in two sections that have different diagonal shading lines. "A" vertical shading lines. "E" has horizontal shading lines. Some shadowing where one letter is in front of another, but very little. Shadowing on flourishes on either side.
Writing on back lower left corner in pencil script: "Clapp 1/28/58" with accession number there as well. On back printed form two lines block letters all caps: "BOSTON AND MAINE RAILROAD / TRAIN CAR LIST". Further information blanks listed below that. - Material:
