- Description:
- Monogram, pen and ink, pricked paper. Monogram on front: "EHW". Pronounced prick marks around edges of characters that are of irregular size. Smaller prick marks around Fleur de Lis decorations at top and bottom of monogram. "H" has dark gray and black coloration to create shadows. "E" has light gray and dark shadow decorations. "W" has gray horizontal lines to create shade. Fleur de Lis top and bottom center are in light gray with perhaps blue pencil edging. In the "E" looks like horizontal pencil lines in the ink color.
Writing on back lower left corner in pencil script: "Clapp 1/28/58". - Material:
