- Pin, brass and enamel. Green, white, and blue, narrow pin. Brass frame. Brass divisions in design with ground down and polished enamel that has been ground down and polished. White appearing, clear areas with fanciful designs in base material, mostly floral in derivation. Green border around central design. Leaves and tulip blossoms at narrow ends. Green colors also translucent and show some of design. Hinge pin and clasp on back. Spots of corrosion on metal back.
